Ingredients:
- 2 large zucchinis, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up
Add the zucchini strips to a large bowl and mix them with the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Make sure the zucchini strips are well covered
Place the zucchini strips on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all side by side
