Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by greasing it
Add the brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs to a large mixing bowl
Mix everything together well
Add the quick-cooking oats and mix them into the batter until they are evenly spread out
Fill the baking dish with half of the brownie batter
Press it into the bottom of the dish
In a different bowl, mix the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk with a whisk
Put this mix on top of the brownie batter layer in the baking dish
Spread out spoonfuls of marshmallow cream on top of the layer of condensed milk
If you want to, sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the marshmallow cream layer
Cover as much of the marshmallow cream layer as you can by dropping spoonfuls of the rest of the brownie batter on top
After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the middle is still a little gooey
Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars
