Vegan Chocolate Croissants

Vegan croissants that are filled with melted chocolate and taste great. Theyre great for a cozy breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into triangles

Place a small handful of chocolate chips on the widest part of each triangle

Roll up each triangle starting from the widest end to form a croissant shape

Place croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Brush each croissant with a mixture of maple syrup and almond milk for a shiny finish

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy

Let cool slightly before serving
