These Keto Fat Bombs are a delicious and satisfying low-carb snack, perfect for those following a ketogenic diet. Packed with healthy fats and chocolatey goodness, theyre a guilt-free treat to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: crushed nuts or shredded coconut for coating

Instructions:

Melt the coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave until its all liquid

Melt the coconut oil and stir in the cocoa powder and erythritol powder until everything is well mixed

Add vanilla extract, almond butter, and a pinch of salt, and mix well until the mixture is smooth

Put the mix into ice cube trays or silicone molds

Possible: To add texture and flavor, crush nuts or shred coconut and sprinkle them on top

Do this and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it is solid

Once its solid, take it out of the molds and put it in a container that wont let air in
