Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Noix de St. Jacques au Lard, or Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, is a delightful appetizer or main course that combines the sweetness of scallops with the savory goodness of crispy bacon. This dish is perfect for special occasions or as a luxurious treat for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 8 large scallops
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400F 200C

Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick

Season with salt and black pepper to taste
