Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes
Place sliced beef in the slow cooker
Pour sauce mixture over the beef
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender
